1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Any adjudication of the package or acceptance of invoice implies the knowledge and acceptance of the following general terms.

2. QUOTATION REQUESTS

Quotations for translations are made and refer the number of words of the original document, the complexity and the deadline for conclusion among other factors.

3. ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND CERTIFIED COPIES

In the case of a translation certificate, the original documents must be delivered to us in person at our facilities or by registered mail.

4. DELIVERY

The documents and other work made by SPS Traduções will be delivered within the deadline given. The client will receive them by e-mail (in the appointed format) by fax or by registered mail, with the adjoining expenses.

5. MOMENT FOR PAYMENTS AND URGENT TRANSLATION

The requested works are subject to the advanced payment of a 50% to be liquidated in the act of adjudication and translation. The remaining value will be delivered after the work is completed and before the sending of the translation. If it is an urgent translation, the full amount with an increase of 30% (urgency rate) should be delivered at the time of adjudication.

6. PAYMENT MODES

The payment is to be made by bank transference, money transference (Western Union), cheque, cash or PayPal. In case of payments with PayPal, there is an extra commission of transfer to the current rate which is charged for this service. The invoice will be sent by e-mail or mail.

7. COMPLAINTS

SPS Traduções will follow up on any complaint presented by the client, as long as it is made in five work days after the delivery of the work and does not bear any modifications made by others, and its points be clearly mentioned. Upon receipt, the work will be reviewed and any mistakes corrected without extra cost.

8. WARRANTY

SPS translations are made by translators with a vast experience in translation, whose source language is the delivery language. Our legal translations are made by lawyers (we also have partnerships with law offices around the world). SPS Translations has a group of editors which will make the final product check before delivery.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

All of the work made at SPS Translations is naturally under the domain of professional confidentiality.
